Job highlights

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years in O&M of Utilities, preferably in Solar or Pharmaceutical industries
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of utility equipment, optimize resources, and implement safety requirements
  Role Objectives:
• This role is primarily responsible for smooth operation of facilities & mechanical maintenance of Utility equipment in the shift. He will also be responsible for execution, testing & commissioning of assigned Mechanical packages as per approved specifications, time, cost and adhering safety norms in full during project phase / expansion.
• Principle Accountabilities
• Smooth operation in the shift.
• Ensure uninterrupted supplies with required quality & flow.
• Monitoring, analyzing & optimization / upgradation of system.
• Ensure all parameters within agreed / required limits.
• Optimum utilization of resources including manpower in the shift.
• Ensure implementation of safety requirement in operation & maintenance.
• Optimization of operating cost.
• Documentation, reporting & enthusiasm in the team members.
• Coordination with production & other internal customers / sections.
